What we collect when you send an inquiry, why, and what your rights are. Last updated September 30, 2026.
Juan Petals PH (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its rules.
Who we are

What we collect
When you use the inquiry form we collect what you type into it:
- Your full name
- The receiver’s full name and contact number
- The delivery address, date and preferred time
- Order type, selected item, and any notes or card message
If you message us on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or TikTok, we also see whatever you send there and your account details on that platform.
If you give us another person’s name, number or address (the receiver), please make sure they are okay with you sharing it, because we use it only to deliver your order.
How the form works
This website has no order database. When you tap “Continue to WhatsApp”, your browser builds a message from what you entered and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you tap Send in WhatsApp. We do not store form entries on this website.
Why we use it
- To confirm, prepare and deliver your order
- To contact you or the receiver about the order (availability, payment, delivery)
- To keep records of orders and payments
- To answer your questions or complaints
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Couriers or riders: the receiver’s name, address and contact number, only to deliver your order.
- WhatsApp (Meta): messages you send us pass through their service under their own privacy terms.
- Payment channels you choose to pay with.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Other things this website does
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- The site is hosted on a third-party hosting service, which keeps standard server logs.
- The Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp links leave this site; those services have their own privacy policies.
- We do not use advertising trackers or analytics on this site at this time.
How long we keep it
We keep order details only as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle any issue with it, and meet record-keeping needs. After that we delete or securely dispose of them.
How we protect it
Order details are kept in our WhatsApp account and phone, protected by device security, and shared only with people who need them to complete your order. If a breach seriously affects you, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as required by law.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is processed
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Object to processing, or ask us to suspend, block or delete your data
- Data portability, where it applies
- Claim compensation for damages from misuse of your data
- Complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph
To use any of these rights, message us using the contact above. Some data may have to be kept where the law requires it.
Children
Our inquiry form is for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order.
Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
